Fairworld Refund and Cancellation Policy

- By using our app and completing transactions, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Policy
- Service Fees: All fees paid for services provided through the Fairworld Properties Limited app are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- Subscription Fees: If you have subscribed to a service plan, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of the initial subscription. No refunds will be issued after this period.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@fairworldproperties.com. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approval of your request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If this is not possible, a credit may be issued to your Fairworld Properties Limited account for future use.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellations: Users may cancel their scheduled services up to 24 hours before the service is due to be provided. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any charges.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel a service within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to cancel the service, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
- Subscription Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription plans at any time through the app. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
4. Modifications to Policy
Fairworld Properties Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
